Founded by Christina Rios Millán, VIVA Projects is a proud Latina-owned firm built on the belief that great spaces begin with great alignment. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Christina has led multimillion-dollar healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects across the Puget Sound region. Her approach is hands-on, relationship-driven, and rooted in listening first, then delivering with confidence.
